On May 31 2020, the annual internal training of Beijing Capital Group Co., Ltd. (Capital Group) organized by LGC was successfully held. The theme of this internal training was: looking at the risks and Countermeasures of companies contract management from the perspective of dispute resolution.

More than 50 colleagues from the legal departments all over the country and colleagues from other departments attended the training.

The training lasted three hours. Everyone listened very carefully and asked questions enthusiastically.

Former judge of the Supreme People’s court, Mr. Yang Zhengyu was the keynote speaker. Mr. Yang shared the experience he had summed up in his more than 20 years as a judge.

This internal training focuses on “dispute resolution”, according to the current common and high incidence of commercial disputes summarized the key problems existing in the process of contract management.

At the same time, how to lay the foundation for possible litigation and arbitration in the future through more targeted and improved investigation and evidence collection and evidence retention for the relevant matters that have been disputed.

After the training, the guests still stayed for a long time to discuss, and looked forward to more similar high-quality training in the future.
