As an independent third party platform CILACEC aims to establish a mutual sharing and exchange platform for elite Chinese and international law professionals. It brings together the most outstanding legal professionals, recommends them to high-end enterprises, and helps these enterprises achieve healthy development in their globalization process. CILACEC provides a fast, efficient, fair and internationalized communication and cooperation channel between different enterprises, between enterprises and service institutions, and between professionals in various fields.

Ms. Angel Yingjun Wang is the Chairperson of China International Legal Affairs & Culture Exchange Center (CILACEC), Founder of Legal Guru Club, and Chairperson of “Legal Davos” – Global General Counsels and Business Leaders Forum. She is a practicing lawyer in China, as well as in New York State in the US, and she is the Vice Chair of the ABA Business Law Section, Business & Corporate Litigation Committee’s International Litigation Sub-committee. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree (JD) in the United States, and an International MBA Degree from Tsinghua University.
