Angel Yingjun Wang is the Chairperson of CILACEC. She has been admitted to both China and the New York State Bar. Ms. Wang received her J.D. degree in the United States and her international MBA degree at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. She is the Vice Chair of the ABA Business Law Section Business & Corporate Litigation Committee International Litigation Subcommittee. She was named as one of “the ten most influential business and legal personalities in China in 2014” by Chinese Influence magazine. She published several influential articles about legal issues related to Chinese companies doing business in the U.S.
