Christopher is a partner in PwC Beijing branch. He has spent 7 years with PwC Hong Kong and Beijing before he worked for HSBC Private Equity for 2 years and Tom Group, a HK-listed media Group for 5 years. He re-joined PwC Beijing branch in June 2005. Since he re-joined the firm, he undertook numerous projects including fund raising through private placement, domestic acquisitions and disposals, and cross border acquisitions. He is currently heading a corporate finance team in Beijing covering transactions in Northern China. Chris was the senior manager of the investment team in HSBC Private Equity responsible for private equity investments in the region in 1998-2000. He was also the deputy general manager of business development in Tom Group responsible for merger and acquisition activities in the industries of media and entertainment in China and the region in 2000-2005. Chris was born in Hong Kong. He completed MBA at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and studied Accounting at Lingnan University. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
