Feng Guodong, LL.M., is Deputy Legal Director of Shanghai Space Administration (Shanghai Aerospace Industry Corporation), Director of China Space Law Society, Vice President of the Shanghai Bar Association’s Committee’s legal research committee, Vice President of the Shanghai City Minhang District Legal Services Association and Outstanding Legal Consultant (Second Session) of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence (SASTIND).
