Guo Kejun is a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and has bar qualifications in both China and the US state of New York.

Mr. Guo has great expertise and extensive experience in practice areas including M&A, overseas reorganization and listing of corporations, and private equity investment fund. He has a high level of proficiency in English and in-depth knowledge of laws on corporates and on securities, which give him an edge in providing legal service. He is widely praised by both clients and peers for his handling of a number of large M&A, reorganization and financing projects. His clients are mostly heavyweight firms operating in a wide range of industry sectors, including energy, medicine, petrochemistry, securities, fund, automobile, and insurance.

Mr. Guo holds Master of Law from the Peking University and Bachelor of Economy from Renmin University. He has also gained a LL.M degree in the US with a full scholarship sponsored by Sohman Scholarship.

Mr. Guo has been named leading lawyer for several consecutive times by Chambers since 2011.

Mr. Guo currently serves as independent director for two listed companies, adjunct professor of Renmin University, Standing Council of China Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and Council of Zhong Lun Charity Foundation.
