With education background of master and doctor in Law of Peking University Law School, Weihua Guo has completed his research on civil liability in Futures Trading Act at Post-doctoral mobile station of Renmin University of China Law School and now is serving as general counsel and general manager of legal department of China Huarong Asset Management Corporation.

With rich knowledge in legal theory and practices, Mr. Guo is proficient in the field of civil and commercial laws and regulations, such as contact law, corporate law and guaranty law. He has served as the president of the second civil court of the Superior People’s Court of Hubei and Intermediate People’s Court of Hanjiang City, Hubei.
