Mr. He Jing, one of the founders of AnJie Law Firm, is a specialized legal practitioner with 14 years of experience in IP and policy sectors. He has represented multinational clients in complex IP transactions, enforcement and regulatory matters. His practice covers a wide range of IP and regularly matters, including patent litigations, IP enforcement, antitrust, IP commercialization and policy consultation. Leading international legal media often interview with or publish articles written by Mr. He to reflect the latest development in intellectual property law and policy matters.  His outstanding achievements have been recognized by international legal media. Recently, he was named as one of Managing IP Stars 2014.

Mr. He started his legal career as a patent attorney in the Silicon Valley office of a top tier U.S. law firm and later spent almost 9 years in a top tier international law firm in China.

Mr. He is currently a member of China policy advisory council and China anti-counterfeiting sub-committee at International Trademark Association. He is a member of George Washington University Law School IP Advisory Board. He is named as an expert member of the MOFCOM Overseas IP Enforcement Assistance Center.

Mr. He is admitted to State Bar of California and Chinese Patent Bar. He obtained LL.B and B.Sc. from Peking University (1997) and Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame (2000).
