Mr. Zhiping Lin, is the Founder/Chairman of “Lin Zhiping Foundation” and Chairman of Board of Golden Estate CO., LTD. and Vice-president of United World Chinese Association. Mr. Lin is also a well-known entrepreneur in Guangdong. His business mainly cover commercial real estate, high-end hotel, cultural tourism, financial insurance and public interest. He founded varies famous institutions, including China Xinying Art Gallery, Guangdong Financial City Chamber of Commerce, Guangdong Sanskrit Cultural Museum, Guangdong Lin Zhiping Charity Foundation, etc.

With more than 30 years of experience of doing pioneering work, Mr. Lin actively involved in public interest area and donated tens of millions RMB.

In 2008, he was awarded as “Distinguished figure of Guangdong Circulation Industry” of 1978-2008.nIn 2010, he was awarded “Nanhai Charity Special Contribution Price” by Foshan Nantong Charity Society and “Guangdong Outstanding Business Figure” by Guangdong Circulation Industry Commercial Union. He received honorary titles of “Promoting Public Good & Doing Good with Happiness” by Foshan Nnahai Charity Society and “Help the Poor and Build a Harmonious” by Foshan government. He also serves as the honorary dean of Dali hospital.

During 2011 and 2012, he received “Nanhai Charity Special Contribution Award” from Foshan Nnahai Charity Society.

In 2013, he was awarded the Golden Rose Price from Foshan government. It was the only individual price awarded on the occasion.  He got the title of “Good Man of Nanhai” as well.

In 2014, he received honorary title of “Ten of Inspirational Role Models” and was employed as honorary dean by Dali gerocomium.
