Noreen R. Weiss is a Partner at MacDonald Weiss PLLC, a boutique international corporate, securities and tax law firm in New York City.  Ms. Weiss is a summa cum laude graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, and a cum laude graduate of Fordham University School of Law where she served as Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review.

Ms. Weiss is an accomplished corporate and transactional lawyer and management advisor, with over 25 years experience advising the C-Suite and Boards of Directors on all manner of finance, operations and transactional matters. She has deep expertise in domestic and cross border finance and business structuring, capital markets (global debt and equity offerings) and cross border business development transactions such as M&A and joint ventures, and has spent her career focused on international work at the highest level of business and finance.

Ms. Weiss represents clients from a broad spectrum of industries including technology companies, software design, integrated communications systems design and management, online media and entertainment, food production and wine distribution, investment funds, multinational conglomerates in television and film, consumer products and retail, investment banks, banks, mining, and Internet-based businesses.

A former in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 Company, Noreen understands the practical business challenges that law department leaders face each and every day, and she brings this business-minded perspective to all her client matters.

Ms. Weiss publishes and lectures frequently on topics related to access to capital, the Securities Laws and international business development, and is an active member of the International Bar Association’s Capital Markets Forum of the Securities Law Committee, and the Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee.
