Shi Yingchun

Male, born in February 1972 in Qinghai, China.

Education Background

Currently, he is studying for his MBA in Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

In 2009, he received two master’s degrees in law—one from Peking University, and the other from University of International Business and Economics.

Job Status

Currently, he serves as the Legal President of China Grand Enterprises, and the Director of two companies—Leiyunshang Pharmaceutical LLC and Shenyang Yaoda Leiyunshang Pharmaceutical LLC.

Once he worked as the Partner in Beijing ShiChen Law Firm, the Legal Manager at Century 21 China Headquarters, and the Vice Director and Partner in Shandong JuePing Law Firm.

Working Experience

In nearly 20 years of legal work, he—the one who not only devoted himself to solving practical problems by combining the legal theory with legal practice, but also made every effort to organically combine law with business management ideology and apply it flexibly—has established a unique and effective legal management mode based upon the actual situation of the company and the legal practice.

During the past 7 years in China Grand Enterprises, he mainly completed the following work:

（1）Played a leading role and participated fully in more than 20 projects of mergers and acquisitions involving the total amount of billions of yuan.

（2）Participated in 3 projects of overseas mergers and acquisitions which are as follows:

The first project—the US M&A—in which he is predominating is currently ongoing.

The second project—the German M&A—is completed.

The third project—delisting and acquiring NASDAQ-listed company—in which he predominated and participated fully is completed and is currently running well with the promised performance completed as scheduled.

（3）Directly responsible for handling more than ten important and complicated cases, including the 6-year administrative litigation against SAIC（State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People’s Republic of China）which finally went in his favor after 6 trials and the the company’s interests have been well protected.

（4）Preliminarily established the legal management model with its own characteristic based upon practice, which involves the following job functions:
