Mr. Wu is a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and currently the chairman of the firm’s Management Committee.

Mr. Wu has been practising law since he returned to China in 1993, providing legal counseling for dozens of well-known transnational companies. His expertise covers anti-monopoly, M&A, international litigation and arbitration, and foreign investment, among other fields. For his especially outstanding work in anti-monopoly practice, Mr. Wu has been named Band 1 by the Chambers Asia Awards for four consecutive times. He has for multiple times participated in the drafting of laws on foreign investment, M&A, anti-monopoly practice and other issues at MOFCOM’s invitation.

Mr. Wu holds an LL.M degree and an LL.B degree from Kyushu University in Japan and a LL.B degree from Peking University. He attended law doctorate class in Graduate School of Kyushu University.

Mr. Wu currently acts as arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, researcher for Centre for Private Law Studies Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Science, Adjunct Professor for Beijing University, Renmin University, China University of Political Science and Law, Director for M&A Research Centre of China Society for World Trade Organization Studies, Vice President of Sino-Japan Civil Law Association, and Director for Delos Foundation International.
