Mr. Xu procured his bachelor degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and MBA degree from Peking University, attained the qualification of Enterprise Legal Adviser and Lawyer. Awarded with the professional title of Senior Economist and First-class Enterprise Legal Adviser, he is the arbitrator of Beijing Arbitration Commission and distinguished research fellow of the Enterprise Legal Consultant Research Center of China University of Political science and Law.

Nowadays Mr. Xu serves for China National Aviation Fuel Group Company as the general legal counsel and general manager of legal department. Prior to this position, he worked for China Real Estate Development Group Company as the director, vice general manager and general legal counsel, for China Building Materials Corporation as the vice general manager, for China Building Materials Hainan Company as the general manager, served for the General Office of China State Materials Department as an official secretary with the county level.

Mr Xu established and led the legal and risk control system for several great state-owned enterprise groups, handled all kinds of over 100 cases, retrieving the economic losses of over one billion RMB. Mr. Xu has gained rich piratical experience and explored thorough research in the position, function and content of enterprise legal work and the dispute or case management. His publications includes some papers, for examples, on the logical starting point  and value realization of enterprise legal work, on the enterprise legal work under the structure of three level legalities, on the legal dispute or case management  based on the enterprise strategy.
